Everyone at Valley was very courteous, professional, and non-pressuring for a sale. They were extremely busy due to bring Black Friday and I feel they went above and beyond to meet or exceeds all expectations. I was there for most of the day and was asked by multiple employees if I needed anything abd checked in, also they made my children who are young, very comfortable during our stay. I worked with Paul, who was great. I ended up buying 2 vehicle Valley ATV was a pleasure to work with and highly recommend them.

We've purchased several vehicles from Valley ATV and could not be happier with the whole process. I'm writing this review now because we recently had a break down with our Ranger XP 900. We brought it in after 1:00 PM and Paul asked when we needed it back. We responded by saying ASAP as we use it daily around the farm, not expecting to have it back for a day or so. They took it straight back to the shop and called us that evening and said we could pick it up! In this day and age, it's hard to find awesome service like that, so thank you Valley ATV!

Bought two rzr's from them now and both times they made it easy as possible for me! Any questions I have ever had they answer and even tho I do my own maintenance and repairs they are always only a call away! They have even gone as far as opening up after hours for me to get parts so I could go on my trip the next day! Can't beat the service and people!!

Could not be happier with the level of service I received. Doug took care of me via email and phone to seal the deal. Once I arrived, the experience was just as great.
